If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the terms and process for requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: Customized or made-to-order shoes are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Shoes that show signs of wear or use
  • Damaged products caused by improper handling or personal use
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. We may request photos or a video of the damage for verification. Once approved, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost returns.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

6. International Orders

For international customers, please be aware that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping and any import/export fees incurred during the return process.
